Site Council & School Plan for Student Achievement

What is Site Council

School Site Council is a parent, teacher, administration organization dedicated to site improvement.  The Site Council determines the priority of program needs and decides what kinds of programs to have and fund.

What Site Council Cannot Do

  • Decide HOW a program will be implemented

  • Decide how the school will “phase in” priorities to achieve the most effective use of resources and personnel

  • Assignment of specific personnel and the selection of specific materials

When does Site Council Meet

Site Council meets four times a year from 3:30 to 4:30 PM in the Middle School Library.  Guests are always welcome!
